User Agreement

Overview

By using The Northwest Montana Team Penning Association (NWMTPA)  Web site, you hereby agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement.

Membership and Registration

Certain areas of NWMTPA website may require registration or may otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features or access certain content. The decision to provide this information is purely optional, however if you elect not to provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content or features or participate in various areas of the site(s). When you register or become a member of the site(s) or provide information to us in any other manner, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information on all registration pages. Using a name other than your own legal name is prohibited. You agree that we may use the information you provide to us according to the Privacy Policy on the site(s). If you become a member of the site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, and agree you will not sell, transfer or assign your membership or any associated rights therein. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your computer so that others may not access the site using your name in whole or in part.

Limitations On Use

Copyright and Restrictions. All information displayed, transmitted or carried on The Northwest Montana Team Penning Association Web site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display, or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content or infringe upon trademarks or service marks contained in such Content. You agree to abide by all copyright notices and restrictions attached to any Content accessed through The Northwest Montana Team Penning Association Web site.

Permitted Use

You are authorized to view the documents contained on The Northwest Montana Team Penning Association Web site for informational purposes. Items may only be copied, redistributed or reproduced for noncommercial use only. Items may not be used for commercial purposes, without written permission from The NWMTPA. You may submit requests for permission to retain, distribute or reproduce to The Northwest Montana Team Penning Association by phone at (406) 531-5107.

Member Submissions

You agree not to use The Northwest Montana Team Penning Association Web site, or permit your account to be used, to send or submit any content (textual, graphical or otherwise) which (A) is libelous, invasive of privacy, abusive, obscene, profane, defamatory, inaccurate, sexually explicit, inappropriate for general distribution, threatening or otherwise illegal, (B) promotes, suggests or encourages illegal acts, (C) contains any solicitation of funds or unsolicited "junk" mail, (D) violates any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws, including but not limited to the re-posting of any material from other sources, (E) contains any advertisement of goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purpose, or (F) violates any other laws of any jurisdiction in which The Northwest Montana Team Penning Association Web site is accessed.

Any violation of the foregoing prohibitions may result in the termination of your account and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
